Our Staff

Dr. Donald J. Doudna is well known as a business and financial advisor.  He combines the analytical ability of a researcher with practical management skills and people sensitivity.  He has been advising people for three decades.  Don is a catalyst for improving communication, designing strategy, and implementing operating plans that result in high performance.

Dr. Doudna is president of The Family Business Resource Center, the Charitable Giving Resource Center and a Senior Business Coach for Syverson and Strege.  He works passionately to help individuals, businesses and non-profit organizations maximize their resources.  Don serves on numerous boards including the Iowa College Foundation, Sports World, the Broadlawns Hospital Foundation and Chairman’s Council, Shivvers Manufacturing and Faulkner Automobile Organization.  He is past chair of Iowans for a Better Future and The Center for New Community.

Don is married to Janice and they have 4 children and six grandchildren.
