Lars Peterson is a proven management professional with a wide range of experience in both for profit and non-profit organizations. Lars’ experience includes senior management roles in manufacturing, technology, higher education and community-based restorative justice. He has consulted or presented on a variety of topics including marketing and public relations, strategic planning, organizational development, business succession, conflict resolution and restorative justice. Lars is certified as a “Crucial Conversations” trainer and is the recipient of the Association of Small Business Development Center’s “State Star” award, Iowa State University’s “CYtation Award” for commitment to excellence and the 2005 Leadership Award from the West Des Moines Police Department for his work in restorative justice.
